Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Your shipping charges are calculated and viewable at checkout. Typical shipping times may vary from 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is processed (1-3days). Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing on backorders. These shipping estimates do not include the potential for inclement weather, unavoidable delays, or holidays.

Returns
As a small family company, we want our customers satisfied with our service. That’s why we make sure every item is checked and carefully packaged before we send it out. Please look over your order and package carefully upon arrival to make sure it is correct and that it has not been damaged during shipping.
Please contact us in writing, within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged shipment. You will then receive a return authorization from us and a refund of your shipping fees. All authorized products must be returned to us within 14 days of authorization.
Incorrect Orders:
Must be returned unopened. Once your request is processed, we will send your replacement item right away, at no extra cost to you.
